Camera roll sync dropbox

I am keen therefore to not clogg up my phone's Internal Memory and want to upload my Photos and Videos to Dropbox using the Camaera Uploads feature. Analysis of my phone's storage says I have However it now seems to have stopped uploading have restarted the phone several times and is permanently on WiFi but upon examination on my Desktop PC, the Camera Uploads Folder size is only on 7.
