So after no updates were found for a long time I started looking for "solutions" again. I downloaded windows update troubleshooter and ran it. Then I read somewhere that system update readiness tool might help. Binary Version 6. I kept looking for "solutions" and found microsoft easy fix tool.

Ran it in normal mode, no updates were found for a half day. Then ran it in aggressive mode, but still no updates appeared after a half day. And the last thing I found and tried before asking for help here was to reset windows updates components manually.
